A motor-protection switch is a main switch, used for switching the blower motor on and off, with an integrated overcurrent protection device matched to the motor power.

Dust filter: do I really need one?
We recommend that a dust filter be used in all cases, even in relatively clean surroundings. It protects the blower and is far cheaper to replace than the expensive blower.
