Schmalz now offers a clever, retrofittable solution for Italian machines (Biesse and SCM/Morbidelli). The modular concept has many advantages, but the decisive factor is the reduction of the set-up times.

The suction blocks have the same overall height as the original suction blocks, which means that the original blocks can be completely replaced or used together with the new suction blocks.

More flexibility...
The Schmalz suction blocks have the same overall height as the original suction blocks provided by the Italian manufacturers (when an adapter plate is used). They can thus be used together or the original suction blocks can be discarded and replaced by Schmalz suction blocks, without the need for any adjustment of the machines.
Shorter set-up times...
Particularly when machining narrow and curved workpieces, the Schmalz suction blocks provide more efficiency and productivity!
