Innovative floating vacuum gripper for low-contact handling of easily damaged parts. These new grippers operate on the Bernoulli principle.

1. Low-contact handling with the floating vacuum gripper SBS
Our highlights: - Integrated vacuum generation on the basis of the Bernoulli principle - The gripper "floats" on an air cushion - High volume flow rate at a low vacuum
Your benefits: - Operation without an ejector: only compressed air is needed - Low-contact handling - High leakage compensation with little deformation of the workpiece
Applications: - Handling of easily damaged workpieces such as wafers or printed circuit boards - Handling of extremely thin workpieces such as plastic films, paper and veneers without permanent deformation
2. Magnetic grippers for objects which cannot be gripped with vacuum
Our highlights: - Safe gripping with a magnetic field - The magnetic field is generated by a permanent magnet - The magnetic field is switched on and off with compressed-air or vacuum pulses (or a combination of the two)
Your benefits: - Gripping of perforated steel plates is now possible - No electric power necessary - Switching with the aid of an ejector, with minimal air consumption
Applications: - Handling of perforated steel sheets and complex, laser-cut parts - Additional stability when handling very heavy metal sheets with suction pads
3. Sheet-metal suction pads SAOG for long, narrow workpieces with small radii of curvature
Our highlights: - Suction pads made of extra-flexible NBR with a material hardness of 45° Shore - Special structure of the bottom surface of the pad - Oval suction pads with bell shape
Your benefits: - Pads adapt themselves extremely well to parts with small radii of curvature - Can handle very high lateral forces, permitting very dynamic movement, even on oily surfaces - Extremely good seal, even on long, narrow and curved workpieces
