With two new series of suction pads for smooth, rough and even porous materials and  surfaces, the vacuum specialist J. Schmalz GmbH in D-72293 Glatten provides even more performance and safety in the handling of wooden parts.

New characteristics:

• The suction pads of the series SHF are characterised by a very soft sealing lip which allows them to adapt themselves very well to many different workpiece surfaces. 
• An additional internal sealing edge provides further sealing. 
• The special structure of the lower pad surface ensures very good holding forces on wooden workpieces 
• The use of the material NK (natural caoutchouc) instead of the previously used NBR, combined with further optimisation of the pad shape, make the suction pads suitable for very dynamic handling operations and permit very short cycle times.

• Handling of sheet materials, furniture elements, parquet and similar large-flat workpieces
• Handling of rough-sawn wood
