1. Compact ejector Schmalz X-Pump –
timely detection of faults with "condition monitoring"

Thanks to the integrate diagnosis function of the X-Pump, faults can be detected and rectified before they have a serious effect on the system (condition monitoring). The compact ejector is suitable for flexible use in many application areas (such as automobile manufacture, plastics, sheet metal, packing, etc.). 2. Magnetic gripper SGM –
handling of metal sheets with openings and holes

This gripper was developed especially for handling applications where, due to the workpiece, vacuum cannot be used. The heart of the magnetic gripper is an aluminium housing with an integrated permanent magnet which is controlled with short pulses or compressed air and vacuum.

With the new suction pads made of HT-1, marks on your workpieces are a thing of the past. These suction pads are designed especially for the handling of plastic parts, such as the removal of hot moulded parts from injection-moulding machines. They withstand very high temperatures (up to 160°) and leave no marks on the parts – a decisive advantage when producing very sensitive parts such as displays.

- Wood -
Warped boards with rough-sawn surfaces are no problem for the large-area vacuum gripper system SBX! It adapts itself optimally to uneven surfaces and ensures, with its high holding forces, safe and efficient handling in your production operations.

- Packing -
Many different workpieces with widely varying requirements – there is no such thing as a typical suction pad for the packing industry. The demands resulting from the automatic handling of products such as plastic or paper bags, blister packs, cardboard packing materials or canned goods have to be analysed precisely. 1. Jumbo with Multigripper for handling of soft cardboard boxes

The Jumbo Multigripper makes it possible to handle very soft cardboard boxes. The construction of the suction-pad system ensures that the Multigripper adapts itself optimally to the shape of the workpiece. The Multigripper is used together with the basic unit JumboErgo 45, so that very soft cardboard boxes with loose lids, each weighing up to 45 kg, can be handled. 2. New FM grippers for the Jumbo - flexible handling of varying workpieces

With the FM grippers, you can grip workpieces weighing up to 40 kg, even if the gripper is not fully covered by the workpiece surface. Openings and gaps, such as those in pallets or sheets with holes, have no effect on the function of the FM grippers. We guarantee safe and rapid handling of your workpieces, even in the case of a power failure.
