On November 15 and 16, the third course "Basics of Vacuum Technology" for participants from outside the company was held by the vacuum-components division of Schmalz.
The course was attended by 17 persons.

 
During these two days, we presented, in particular, basic theoretical and practical information related to vacuum technology and system design. The practical information was supplemented and reinforced by means of various workshops. As in the previous courses, we received a great deal of positive feedback.

In particular, the participants praised the competence of the instructors, the up-to-date information and the practical relevance of the course material. As one participant said, "What we have learnt here immediately offered new ideas for solving problems."

This extremely positive feedback has reinforced our decision to again offer this series of courses in the coming year.
