A total of 58 bellows-type suction pads are necessary for lifting these perforated panels with weights of up to 120 kg. The panel size and the arrangement of the holes can vary from panel to panel, but this special vacuum head can pick up panels of all types. A special feature of this vacuum head is the distribution of the vacuum to the various crossbeams and suction pads without the use of hoses. An additional operating handle on the front crossbeam and the fixed stops in the foreground ensure that the vacuum tube lifter is positioned precisely on the few remaining areas free of holes. The additional turning unit permits the workpiece to be rotated continuously around the axis of the Jumbo.
