JUMBO with vertical single pad
Using this vacuum tube lifter JUMBO with a vertical single head computer monitors and TVs can be easily and safely be handled.
The suction surface has been adapted to the small spheric shape of the glass part of the monitor. Thereby the suction process takes place very fast and cycle times, of course, can be substantially reduced!
The postion of the gripper is adapted to several balancing points and consquently to various monitor measurements.
The flat size of the part leading from the guiding gib to the suction plate allows to place the monitor precisely into a packaging carton.
