Vacuum handling system for metal sheets

The vacuum handling system for metal sheets is mounted on an industrial robot and consists of suction pads of the type SAB and compact ejectors of the type SMP 25. The suction pads, with 1.5 corrugations, adapt themselves very well to the surface of the workpiece. The compact ejectors react very quickly, have an integrated blow-off function and are small and light. This permits the cycle times to be reduced to a minimum and the parts throughput to be maximised.
