Vacuum stands and benches
Make physically hard work, such as turning over doors during assembly, easier. The vacuum bench makes such work child's play.
Regardless of whether your workpieces are made of wood, glass, metal or plastic - they can be held in the vacuum stands from Schmalz, where they can be worked on from all sides without having to unclamp them and turn them round.

The extremely robust frame permits even large and heavy parts to be held securely and precisely. All suction pads can be positioned freely anywhere on the cross-beams. The main beam can be swivelled through 180° and detents every 45° permit easy setting to the ideal working position. The swivel mechanism is locked with a foot pedal. A second foot pedal releases the clamped workpiece.
The worker's hands remain free for the actual work.

The PVS is suitable for smaller parts with a maximum size of about 1 x 1 m. A special feature of this stand is that the workpieces can be swivelled by 90° and rotated without limits. They can be clamped in any desired position, permitting them to be worked on from all sides.
Various types of suction pads and cross-beam versions are available.
