With five different vacuum clamping systems, the Black Forest company can claim to be the world leader is this sector and the five available systems ensure that an optimum solution can be found for every application.

The brochure describes the advantages of the vacuum clamping systems VC-G, VC-T, INNOSPANN, VC-K1 and VC-K2 in detail and also contains many illustrations.

VC-G is the well-known Schmalz vacuum clamping system with hose connections, for use on smooth machine tables.

VC-T is the retrofittable and highly flexible "hose-free" vacuum clamping system.

INNOSPANN is the retrofittable vacuum clamping system for all existing or new CNC machining centres.

VC-K1 and VC-K2 are the vacuum clamping systems for CNC machining centres with console tables and differ only in the number of vacuum circuits they use.

With these vacuum clamping systems, the productivity of CNC machining centres for the complete machining and manufacture of large, flat parts made of wood or plastic can be improved and the machining times can be reduced.
