Cable balancers complement the existing vacuum handling product range and can be perfectly combined with Schmalz slewing cranes and crane systems made of aluminium.

Applying Schmalz cable balancers together with the appropriate load-bearing device provides a complete lifting system that can be used for the most different handling tasks.

Load-bearing devices

• Vacuum suction pads: gripper powered by compressed-air for handling air-tight workpieces such as sheet metals, furniture bodies, barrels, etc.
• Mechanical grippers: scissor-type grippers for handling boxes, mandrel grippers for handling rolls, hooks for attaching clamping straps, magnets, etc.
• The quick-change function allows all gripper versions to be changed within seconds
