The new Schmalz Line Pump: slim but powerful!

For the independent generation of vacuum directly at the suction pad, Schmalz has developed a new vacuum generator - the Schmalz Line Pump.

These new inline ejectors with single-stage nozzles are a further development of the existing inline pump VRI.

Your benefits:

  • Extremely light - with a weight of only 5 g, the SLP is almost as light as a hose of the same length!
  • Efficient - the SLP operates economically, i.e. it achieves a higher suction capacity while consuming less compressed air
  • Fast push-in connections for quick and easy connection of the hoses

With its slim and pleasing design, the new Schmalz Line Pump not only looks good.
Thanks to its "10 mm design" and the axial connections for compressed air and vacuum, it can be installed flexibly in the hose, thus saving valuable space. This installation method also means that no other connection elements are needed, which not only reduces the costs but also makes very dynamic processes easier to implement.

Its greatest advantage, however, is that it can be mounted in restricted spaces and very close to the suction pad.

New inline ejectors
The new Schmalz Line Pumps are extremely light, efficient and easy to install!

The SLP generates the necessary vacuum reliably and quickly. Restricted installation spaces are no problem.

The new generation of inline ejectors: the Schmalz Line Pump

Thanks to the continuous further development of our products, the SLP now consumes less compressed air and still achieves a higher suction capacity than its predecessor. In addition, a flow-optimised air outlet ensures lower noise levels.

The two-part housing is made of light, impact-resistant plastic material. With a weight of only 5 grams, the SLP weighs only slightly more than a piece of hose of the same length.
The hoses (diameter: 4 mm) are connected quickly and easily to the SLP with the aid of the push-in connections. This, together with the circuit symbols printed on the housing, permits easy and low-cost installation and maintenance.

Due to its high degree of flexibility, the SLP can be used in many areas:

  • Feeder systems
  • Handling systems
  • Vacuum spiders, such as those used for mounting components on printed circuit boards
  • Separation devices in systems for the machining of plastic and metal sheets

The vacuum generator SLP is available with a and in two power ratings, with a nozzle diameter of 0.5 or 0.7 mm.

Technical data:

  • Degree of evacuation: up to 85%
  • Maximum suction capacity: 8 or 15.9 l/min (with nozzle diameter 0.5 and 0.7 mm, respectively)
  • Air consumption: 13 or 25 l/min (with nozzle diameter 0.5 and 0.7 mm, respectively)
  • Weight: 5 g (both nozzle sizes)

SLP - the lightweight solution
With a weight of only 5g, the SLP is the world's lightest inline ejector! The push-in connections make additional connection elements unnecessary.

Wide range of possible applications
The SLP can be used in feeder systems, in handling and separation systems or in vacuum spiders in a wide range of applications in many sectors of industry!
