With more than 500 pages, the general catalogue of vacuum components is bigger than ever before! In addition to many tips and tricks and introductions to the various sections on vacuum technology, it also contains many new products and innovations.
A few examples of these are:

• Needle grippers for materials, such as textiles and foams, which are difficult to handle with vacuum
• Suction pads for the packaging industry – bellows suction pads made from PVC
• Suction pads for handling hot workpieces – in particular the new suction pads SPL-HT which withstand extremely high temperatures (up to 600° C)
• Schmalz inline filters for a clean vacuum 
• New, more powerful blowers and pumps

In the layout of the catalogue, particular attention was paid to ease of use. We have, for example, improved the structure of the catalogue by splitting the section on suction pads into several separate sections. In the new section "Special grippers", you will find all grippers with special operating principles, such as needle grippers, magnetic grippers and floating suction pads.

It is now also possible to find the "right" suction pad on the basis of its diameter. A special table shows,  for each suction-pad diameter, information about the product families which include this diameter, the applications of these and the pages in the catalogue where they can be found.

Detailed design drawings, clear graphics and informative application photos round off the new catalogue.
 
Printed versions of the catalogue are available in the languages German, English, Spanish, French and Italian. The CD version contains the catalogue in all five languages. This CD-ROM is completely linked, which means that you can move very quickly – even faster than in the printed catalogue – from the table of contents or the index to the desired page.
 
The Vacu-Calculator, which is included as freeware on the CD-ROM, is particularly useful to developers and engineers, since it supports the precise calculation and configuration of vacuum systems.
