VacuMaster Lifting device with special gripper for car bodywork parts

This gripper is tailor-made for handling car floor panels with complex shapes. Two halves of the panel are loaded into a welding robot and the finished panel is removed after welding. The bellows-type suction pads compensate for slight height differences. A counterweight is fitted in order to ensure that the VacuMaster hangs horizontally. The positioning aid permits rapid and precise gripping of the parts.
