This special vacuum head permits crates, boxes, furniture parts, etc. to be gripped on their sides. Furthermore, the two side heads can be rapidly adjusted, by means of a scissors mechanism, to workpiece widths between 690 and 1500 mm. A venting unit ensures rapid and reliable release of the workpieces without physical effort.
