This photograph shows a large machining centre being loaded with laminated chipboard panels. This is done with a vacuum tube lifter JumboErgo 200 mounted on a monorail crane, permitting a wide range of movement without the need for columns (which would get in the way). As can be seen, the long operating handle ensures that the worker is always well away from the load. A blow-off unit is used here to simplify releasing the quadruple vacuum head from the smooth surface of the panels and to ensure that they are positioned precisely.
Such a unit can be retrofitted on almost any vacuum tube lifter.
