Handling plastic panels with a VacuMaster 125 - 8- 90°

Handling without the risk of injuries!

VacuMaster 125-8-90°
An electrical saw loaded with a plastic panel

Even under difficult operating conditions, it is possible to install a vacuum lifting device VacuMaster in order to make work far easier.
Messrs. Walter Weissig GmbH machines plastic panels for applications such as the construction of stands at trade fairs. Although the ceiling in their workshop is only 2.20 m high, Schmalz was still able to mount a VacuMaster 125-8-90° on a crane there.

In spite of an old back injury, the operator of the lifting device can pick up the plastic panels with the lifting device and place them on a saw for machining.
The plastic panels are stacked in a vertical position. The lifting device grips them in this position and turns them to the horizontal position with its 90° swivelling unit. Due to the restricted space in the workshop, Schmalz designed a folding operator handle to permit easy transport of the panels.

Eight suction pads ensure that the panels are gripped securely without damaging them.
