I have forgotten my password or user name - what can I do?

You have forgotten your password?

No problem! Simply define a new password online with the following quick and safe procedure.

Step 1:

Go to our home page: http://www.vacuworld.com. At the top left, you will see the tab "Register".

Step 2:

In the left pane, click on "Password forgotten".

Step 3:

Enter your user name and then click on <GO>.

Step 4:

Shortly after this you will receive an email from us. In this email, click on the upper link to go to our security server.

Step 5:

You are now back in the SCHMALZ VacuWorld. Enter your new password twice and then click on "Send".

That's all. A message on the screen confirms that your password has been changed and you can start using it immediately.

If you have forgotten your user name as well

Again, we can help you. Simply send an email to our Webmaster or call him on +49 7443-2403-289. He will gladly help you by sending you a new user name so that you can define a new password.

Extra security for your personal data:

Even our administrative staff have no access to your password. Your current password is encrypted

before it is saved. This is the reason why we cannot tell you what your password is.
