There is no need to install any programs or to change your computer configuration. You can select which information on your monitor is to be visible to our help-desk personnel.

Step 1:
Call our help desk on

and ask for one of our consultant engineers.
 
 
Step 2:
When the engineer asks you to do so,
click on "VacuHelp" (see below / Download) and follow the instructions on the screen.
