The Innospann adapter console can be mounted on any CNC machining centre equipped with a Schmalz console system.

This system provides considerable improvements, particularly for the clamping of narrow and curved workpieces.

Regardless of whether you have a CNC machining centre with a single-circuit or dual-circuit console system, the Innospann adapter console can be mounted easily on the existing system.

• The adapter console can be mounted on Schmalz consoles (systems VC-K1 and VC-K2) without modification of the machine.

Adapter console with single-plates:

The single-plates can be positioned freely on the adapter console and equipped with up to four standard vacuum cups.

Adapter console with mono-blocks:

The mono-blocks can be positioned freely on the adapter console. Unused vacuum apertures must be sealed with magnetic seals.
