New suction pads designed especially for plastic parts

Suction pads made of HT1 - designed especially for plastic parts - leave no marks!

Illustrated brochure

HT1 suction cupp
Even Sherlock Holmes would not find any clues...
suction pads made of HT1 do not leave any marks on the workpieces!

HT1 suction pads
Ideal properties:
the new suction pads are free of silicone, leave no marks and withstand high temperatures.

HT1 suction pads
Nothing but benefits
Convince yourself of the outstanding properties of our new suction pads.

The new suction pads made from the special material HT1 are particularly suitable for removing hot plastic parts from injection-moulding machines.

Available In various sizes and shapes, these suction pads have properties which make them particularly suitable for use in injection-moulding applications!

Highlights:

  • Material HT1 does not mark the workpieces and is free of silicone.

  • Parts can be painted immediately, no cleaning required

  • Suction pads withstand temperatures of up to 160°C/320°F, for removal of parts from injection-moulding machines

  • Parts can be removed at the maximum possible injection temperature

  • Optimised cycle times, reduced production costs

  • Long operating lifetime

  • Wide range of different sizes and shapes: round, oval and corrugated

  • Suitable suction pads for all plastic parts reduce design costs

Application:

The wide range of different sizes and shapes permit handling of all plastic parts: diameters from 5 to 80 mm for small and large parts, flat shape PFYN for relatively flat, oval shape SGON for long, narrow parts and cylindrical sections, bellows-type suction pads FSGA/FGA for all convex and concave curved surfaces, even with small radi.

Construction:

Suction pads made of the special material HT1 with high temperature resistance, little marking of workpiece surfaces, free of silicone.

PFYN:
flat, round suction pad with single sealing lip, consisting of a suction pad PFG and an aluminium nipple. On suction pads with diameters up to 50 mm the nipples are plugged in; on larger pads, mounting plates are vulcanised into the suction pad and the nipples are screwed in.

SGON:
flat, oval suction pad with single sealing lip, consisting of a suction pad FGA and an aluminium nipple. The nipple is plugged into the pad on all sizes. On pads with the dimensions 8x24 or larger, the pad is additionally secured with a special clip which also prevents unwanted rotation of the pad.

FSGA:
round suction pad with single sealing lip, with 1.5 corrugations, consisting of a suction pad FGA and an aluminium nipple. The nipple is plugged into the pad on all sizes.

FSG:
round suction pad with single sealing lip, with 2.5 corrugations, consisting of a suction pad FG and an aluminium nipple. The nipple is plugged into the pad on all sizes.

Material data High temperature elastomer HT1:

  • Temperature resistance: 160°C / 320°F for a contact time of up to 5 seconds; 130°C / 266°F for longer contact times

  • Shore hardness according to DIN 535051: 60 +/- 5 Shore A

  • Abrasion values according to DIN 53516: 100 to 120 mm³

  • Resistance to chemicals: good

  • Resistance to oil: very good

  • Resistance to ozone: good

  • Marking of workpieces: very low

  • Tensile strength: good
