Clamping system VC-T

Mounted on a CNC machining centre made by Messrs. HOMAG, the clamping system VC-T consists of four aluminium baseplates and various hose-free vacuum blocks with and without lifting system. The vacuum outlets on the plates are arranged so that a vacuum block is always located above such an outlet, regardless of where it is positioned. The four baseplates permit machining of either two large furniture components or several small components. The machining times are normally sufficient to permit the workpiece on the idle position to be changed or to convert this position for machining of a different workpiece.
