The suction blocks of the VC-K1 system are first secured to the consoles by means of mechanical clamps to prevent them from moving as the workpiece is positioned. The workpiece and the suction blocks are then clamped securely and precisely to the consoles by means of a vacuum.

The suction blocks are available in various sizes and shapes, permitting the system to be adapted to the existing clamping situation.

The range also includes suction blocks for narrow parts, suction blocks with sensing valves for templates and suction blocks with an integrated turning function, together with special versions, such as for the clamping of frames.
