Signature blocks are often very heavy and unwieldy. In the case shown here, one block weighs up to 100 kg and is almost 1000 mm long. It is thus impossible for a single person to lift or move it without lifting equipment. We solved this problem with the aid of a JumboErgo 110 with a special long rectangular head. This vacuum head has a particularly soft foam-rubber seal which adapts itself optimally to uneven surfaces. The very high suction capacity of the powerful bypass blower provides a reliable vacuum even if the stack is porous, which is often the case. Furthermore, the integrated turning unit permits the block to be turned to any desired orientation.
