Jumbo with mech.-pneumatic gripper
This photograph shows a Jumbo 85 with a special gripper for moving plastic canisters with weights of up to 65 kg. The gripper consists of two large and very flexible bellows-type suction pads which adapt ideally to the curvature of the front surface of the canister. The vacuum is generated separately with the aid of an ejector fed with compressed air via a line integrated into the vacuum tube lifter.
