VACUMASTER 500

The VACUMASTER can handle large sheets of metal with lengths of up to about 6 m. It has a cross-beam with a length of 5 m, on which four rows of eight suction pads are mounted. The suction pads are mounted on joints and springs to compensate for any unevenness or bending of the sheet. The suction pads in the outer rows have a higher suction force than those in the inner rows in order to avoid excessive bending of thin sheets which could deform them.
