The pallet is lifted with a large-area gripper of the type FX400x120SV, placed longitudinally on the centre board of the pallet.
The available gripping area is in some cases reduced by the presence of cracks, knotholes, etc.

The integrated check valves of the large-area gripper FX guarantee the maximum possible holding force on the available gripping areas, since they close any vacuum inlets which are not in contact with the pallet.

The integrated solenoid valves for the gripping and blow-off functions permit the use of very short cycle times. The very flexible and hard-wearing sealing mat provides a very good seal, even on rough surfaces.
