Extreme application flexibility:

The suction blocks with hose connectors are available in five different standard versions.

  • The simplest version consists of blocks with an area of 117 x 117 mm top and bottom, a height of 100 mm, replaceable rubber suction plates on the top and bottom and gripper holes on the top surface.

  • The second version has the same size and shape, but has an integrated lifting system for even easier positioning and removal of the blocks.

  • The third version has the same base dimensions as the versions 1 and 2, but its top surface measures only 125 x 75 mm, suitable for clamping long, narrow workpieces.

  • Version 4 is also designed especially for clamping long, narrow workpieces and its top surfaces measures 120 x 50 mm.

  • Version 5 is for even narrower workpieces and its top surface measures 150 x 30 mm.

All suction blocks are 100 mm high and all have hose connectors with a diameter of 10 mm.

The robust suction blocks are made of plastic and can withstand rough handling. They are suitable for all imaginable clamping and machining tasks involving workpieces made of wood, plastic, laminated and light-metal sheets.
