Suction blocks VC-K1 for single-circuit consoles

The vacuum clamping system VC-K1 was designed specifically for the new generations of CNC machine tools with console tables.

In this system, the standard overall height of the suction blocks is either 50 or 110 mm. In the single-circuit system, the suction blocks are clamped mechanically to prevent them from moving when the machine is loaded or unloaded.

The workpieces are then clamped securely and precisely with the aid of a vacuum.

Highlights:

Many different versions for long, narrow workpieces.
The suction plates on the top and bottom of the suction blocks are easily and quickly replaced when worn.
Suction blocks with integrated sensing valves can be left on the console when they are not being used.
Special suction block versions for fixing templates.
